  • One piece whole grain bread with peanut butter or almond butter
  • Celery with peanut butter or almond butter, top with raisins or chocolate chips
  • Handful of almonds and dried cranberries
  • Handful peanuts or cashewsHummus with pita bread and vegetables
  • Cottage cheese
  • Greek yogurt with granola
  • Pita bread and hummus
  • Veggies and hummus
  • Apple, orange, or pear
  • Sourdough English muffin with jam
  • String cheese and a handful of crackers
  • Sliced apple dipped in peanut butter
  • Sliced apple with sliced Parmesan and drizzled with honey
  • Whole grain/ wheat bagel with cream cheese, add sliced strawberries or tomato
  • No bake energy bites (see my “snack time” Pinterest board)
  • Smoothie made with Greek yogurt and frozen fruit
  • Banana sliced lengthwise, with peanut butter and honey
  • Roasted chickpeas
  • Kale chips
  • Air popped popcorn
  • Edamame
  • Rice cake topped with cottage cheese and tomato, sprinkle with paprika
