How to get more fruits and veggies in your diet

I don’t know about you, but I have a hard time getting all of my fruits and veggies in each day.

Adding fruits and veggies to my smoothie is one way I increase my daily intake. I always start with a base of water and either plain yogurt or protein powder.

Here are some of my favorite fruits and veggies that blend up well:

Spinachgreen smoothie
Kale
Cucumber
Fresh or frozen berries
Kiwi (one of my favorites!)
Banana
Peach
Mango
Cantaloupe
Pineapple
Watermelon
Apple

Here are a few extras I like to add:

Coconut oil
Ground flax seed
Chia seeds
Fresh squeezed juice
Honey
Green Tea
Peanut butter
