Simple Strategies for Improved Nutrition

These are the strategies I use on a daily basis to improve my nutrition.Dietary foods for breakfast isolated on white Sometimes it’s easier said than done, so try to make changes one by one.

  • Eat breakfast every day
  • Drink more water (flavor your water with fruit to make it easier to drink more)
  • Eat more fruits and veggies
  • Limit consumption of refined sugar (sugar is in everything, so do your research)
  • Plan, plan, plan your meals and snacks
  • Enjoy your meal, don’t rush
  • 80/20 rule (80 % of the time practice good nutrition, 20% treat yourself)
